Ring, ring, ring! The bell rang as lessons had ended. I yawned and stretched my arms up high. “Ok! Class dismissed! ” the teacher told my class. After we greeted each other, I pack my bag and went home excitedly as it was a Friday. I took a public bus home and the journey was about 40minutes long, I slept on the bus and eventually “over slept” I missed the stop I should alight. I woke up, astonished and shocked. I rubbed my eyes and took a good look outside the window. Immediately, I pressed the bell to alight. I taped my Ez-link card and walked out of the bus. I was unfamiliar to that place and look all around for any buildings that I may recognise, but to my disappointment, I know none of them. I deep my hand into my pocket and fished out my hand phone. The most unwanted thing happened, my phone’s battery was flat, and I now I could not get help. I was fuming and stomped on the ground, people at the bus stop was stunt and stared at me. I looked away and try to calm down. I took out my wallet and counted the amount of money I had. I was relieved to see that I had $20 in my wallet and that should be enough for a taxi ride home. I flagged for a taxi and went back home. It cost about $11 for the ride and I felt that I had a hole in my pocket. After learning this lesson, I would never sleep on a public bus anymore.
